Does Individuals behavior change if they are being watched?

People often behave differently because they know they are being watched it calls The Hawthorne effect. It can affect all sorts of behaviors such as dietary habits, or hygiene practices because these have considerable opportunity for prompt modification. Also, if a chain smoker realized he is under watch his smoking rate will be lower so sometimes people act positively when they are under watch. It is a human nature that we often try to show our better side to the other. In an example, a study of hand- washing among medical staff found that when they knew they were being watched, the percentage were 55% greater than when they were not being watched (Eckmanns 2006).

Being watched all the time has negative impact as well, it can put an additional pressure on the individual. Like in an office employee are under surveillance all the time so it pushes them to work harder but in a long run it can lead to anxiety.  It can changes the way people think and act, causing them to avoid writing or talking about sensitive subjects also discussions that are necessary for the functioning of a free society

Where from i came to know about my future goals

My first day at university was a day I will never forget. It was sunshine and bright day! I woke up early and I spent a lot of time on chosen what I wanted to wear. This day happened the first of February, 2018.

I was really nervous because I didn't know any person so I took my mother with me. Together we went through the gates and looking for the auditorium where the meeting of new students started. We sat down and started to wait. When the meeting started we and others in the auditorium carefully listening. At the end of the presentation the chancellor had a word,he said a lot of warm and kind words. After that we went to the room where I saw of students from my faculty. I tried to find my classroom but I didn't know how. I was lost and I had to ask one person the way to go to there. Finally I came in the classroom. All my classmates were quiet, nobody talked. The teacher arrived and started the class, at the beginning we introduced ourselves. All students seems to be interesting and friendly.
The first day at the university was very exciting and full of memories. Every time when I remember about this it brings nostalgic emotions.
